WELCOME BACK MY SACRED FRIEND!
In my previous post we talked about the importance of being intentional with our thoughts and words. This is part 2 where we'll touch base on the importance of expressing gratitude and get into some new ways to be intentional with your day! I'm so excited to share with you all, so lets get into it!
I mentioned in the previous post that it's imperative to express gratitude. I also informed you of how powerful your words and thoughts are. These all go hand in hand with shifting your reality. As I said before, when you focus your thoughts and words on negativity you keep attracting it so, if that's true then what is the opposite of that? Gratitude!!! When you rise with the sun that is a gift in itself because you have the opportunity to live out your desires once again! If you've risen with full function of your body mind and spirit that's even more reason to be grateful. Someone else didn't have that luxury. When you get hungry and can just go fix or buy something to satisfy that hunger you should be grateful because someone right down the street can't do the same. Life is so unpredictable sometimes that you could just as easily become said person in the blink of an eye. Anything you have you could lose. And all you have is easier to lose when you don't appreciate having it. As I've said before, the universe only responds to what you give it. When you express gratitude you are telling the universe that you see what you have and you are happy to have it and it also removes the energy of lack because you're only focusing on what you have instead of what you don't have. You see how that works? What you push out you get back. Gratitude is a high vibrational energy so it attracts high vibrational things. Gratitude=More Complaining=less Get it? Okay, lets get into more ways to be intentional.
Step 3: Visualization

Now that we understand the power of thoughts and words, let's talk about the use of your imagination. Many adults tend to lose their imagination as they get older and for some it just looks different. Visualization is using your imagination to envision what you want. We can see things in our mind without much imagination but when you incorporate that childlike wonder of imagination you are able to see things in a grandiose way. Remember, we are going Delusional! As a child , can you remember how you created whole lives with your toys that only you could see? Well, we can and should still do this as adults because it helps you manifest the life you desire. Its a great practice to incorporate in your daily rituals. Just 15 mins/day of envisioning your desired life sets that desire into motion. Being intentional requires us to will things into existence by setting the tone. We drift into thoughts often so when you notice those thoughts, what are you thinking about? Are you thinking about all the tasks ahead of you, or how much time you don't have to do it all? Why stress yourself out with those images when you can place yourself in a state of calm by visualizing it all being taken care of? Try it out and see how it helps. No you may not see a shift immediately in the physical; actually you won't. These shifts in reality take time and consistency so don't expect it all to be different overnight. You've been programmed to do the opposite all your life so reversing that isn't that easy. If it was then we'd all be well off. Consistency is key! Remember, it takes 21 days form new habits. Start small and work your way up. Here's an assignment for those who are serious about shifting their reality. For the next 21 days take 5-15 mins of your day to visualize yourself living the life you desire. See it so clearly that you can feel your joy and happiness as if you are already living it. Write it down even...whoa let me slow down...that's step 4. Get it? Got it? Good! Now lets get into this next step. Its one of my favorite parts!
Step 4: Write It Out!

I almost gave this away in step 3 because this is one of my favorite ways of being intentional. Writing the words out are just as important as saying them. Writing is a form of spell work hence the word Spell-ing. When you write out words you are spelling them. See how they did a play on words with the English language? Okay, moving on...When writing, you are, in a sense, bringing thoughts to life. It also helps you to see it clearly. The more details used the better. Scripting is what we in the spiritual world call it. Every rising as you take your time with self be sure to include some scripting or journaling, if that feels more comfortable to say. You can, again, start small. Try writing out how great your day will go and how all you need will come to you with ease. As you write, use your imaginations to visualize the day happening. This my darlings, is a form of manifestation. At the end of your day, or even throughout, Take note of whether your day reflected anything you wrote or envisioned and express gratitude for it all coming to fruition. Its also great to speak an affirmation to reverse any negative thoughts you may have throughout the day. That's how you begin seeing the progress. The more you use the tools the easier it will become. It'll be like breathing for you; become a part of your being effortlessly. (need a journal? one can be purchased on our website)
Putting all four of the steps I've shared together daily will literally change your life! It worked for me so it can and will work for you if you really do the work. So. lets recap! We've learned about how to change our mindset, speak with intention, importance of expressing gratitude, visualization, and scripting. When you put all of these tools together it creates a daily ritual that may look something like this:
You rise with the sun and give thanks for another day full of opportunities. You may make yourself some herbal tea (which can be purchased at our online store www.Luckystreasuretrove.com ) or coffee for the coffee drinkers, and take a moment to be present with your thoughts and feelings in meditation. You feel tension in the body so you decide to put on some high energy music and stretch, maybe do some yoga and breath work to ease into your day. After a good stretch you may take care of your hygiene. While in the mirror, you speak your affirmations over yourself ; maybe even speak it with a little tune and a lil dancing to get your energy flowing. After that you take out your journal to release any low vibes and then counteract that with some scripting about something you desire for the day ahead. You read your words aloud and thank the universe for all that is, all that was and all that will be, get dressed and get started with your day. Now you feel full within yourself, you're motivated, confident and ready to tackle any obstacles in your way. This is just one idea of what intentional living looks like beloveds and its all possible for you. If you're truly serious about your wellness and want to live a full life, this is one of the best ways to get started on that journey. I hope you found this to be helpful. I would love to hear about your progress along the way. This concludes today's post. Until next time beloveds, REmember to give yourself grace because you are Sacred and you deserve it!
