However, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

• You must contact us at luckystreasures2018@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless damage occurred during shipping.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Used products or products with broken seals or opened packaging.

• Digital products, readings, or services once delivered.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
